TrenA (Trenbolone Acetate) is an injectable, non-estrogenic steroid derived from nandrolone.

Trenbolone is favored by many athletes due to its ability to increase muscle hardness, definition, and raw strength without the unwanted water retention or increase in fat mass.

Estrogenic Side Effects
TrenA (Trenbolone Acetate) is not aromatized by the body and is not measurably estrogenic. This steroid responds to progesterone receptors. Progesterone-related side effects may occur, including negative feedback inhibition of testosterone production, increased body fat and gynecomastia.

Adequate use of bromocriptine, cabergoline is necessary to reduce gynecomastia caused by progesterone anabolic/androgenic steroids.

Androgenic Side Effects
: Although classified as an anabolic steroid, the more common androgenic side effects, especially at higher doses, can include bouts of oily skin, acne, and body/facial hair growth.

Anabolic/androgenic steroids may also worsen male pattern baldness.

Women are also warned about the potential virilizing effects of anabolic/androgenic steroids, which may include deepening of the voice, menstrual irregularities, changes in skin texture, facial hair growth, and clitoral enlargement.

Hepatotoxic Side Effects
TrenA (Trenbolone Acetate) does not have any hepatotoxic effects.

Cardiovascular Side Effects
Anabolic/androgenic steroids can have deleterious effects on serum cholesterol, including a tendency to lower HDL (good) cholesterol levels and raise LDL (bad) cholesterol levels, which may shift the balance between HDL and LDL in a direction that increases the risk of atherosclerosis.

The relative effects of anabolic/androgenic steroids on serum lipids depend on the dose, route of administration (oral vs. injectable), type of steroid (aromatizable or nonaromatizable), and level of resistance to hepatic metabolism.

Anabolic/androgenic steroids also have adverse effects on blood pressure and triglycerides, reduce endothelial relaxation, and may lead to left ventricular hypertrophy, all of which may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and myocardial infarction.

To reduce strain on the cardiovascular system, it is recommended to maintain an active cardiovascular exercise program and to minimize the intake of saturated fats, cholesterol, and simple carbohydrates at all times during active steroid administration. Supplementing with fish oil and a natural cholesterol/antioxidant formula is also recommended.

Testosterone Suppression
When taken in doses sufficient to produce muscle mass, all anabolic/androgenic steroids suppress endogenous testosterone production.

Testosterone-based drugs similarly exert a strong influence on the hypothalamic regulation of natural steroid hormones. Without the intervention of testosterone stimulants, testosterone levels return to normal within 1-4 months of ceasing treatment.

It should be noted that long-term hypogonadotropic hypogonadism may be secondary to steroid abuse and will require medical intervention.

Dosage for men:
Most commonly used in doses of 50-150mg every day or once every other day. Because Acetate 4-Ester is short-acting, the total weekly dose should be further divided to reduce the amount of each injection, administering the drug two to three times a week. Care should also be taken to rotate the injection sites regularly to avoid irritation and infection.

The positive effects of this drug are most pronounced when used in long cycles, usually lasting eight weeks or more.

TrenA (Trenbolone Acetate) is an extremely versatile drug and can be combined with many other drugs depending on the desired results.
