NAD+ supplementation can not only improve energy metabolism and insulin sensitivity, but also protect against neurodegeneration and improve cognitive function.

The Research Behind NAD+ Supplements

The NAD+ salvage pathway, which uses NAD+ precursors, is the primary method of NAD+ replenishment. Two forms of water-soluble vitamin B3, nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), are both being investigated as supplements to treat human ailments. NMN supplementation dose-dependently improves physical activity, energy expenditure, and neuronal (brain cell) function by increasing NAD+ and SIRT signaling. 11,12 Exercise improves aerobic fitness, cardiovascular health, metabolic health and physical function. Manufacturing method of NAD+ injection

The correct injection solution is prepared by adding 1g of NAD+ lyophilized powder to 10ml of water for injection at 40°C and shaking the bottle for 5 minutes.  Since NAD+ is difficult to dissolve, it must be heated to 40°C before mixing with the water for injection.
