N-METYL-PHENYLETHYLAMINE HCL(3Grams 99+% Pure)

$80

N-Methyl-phenethylamine HCL provides fat burning, excitement and invigorating stimuli.

N-Methylphenethylamine (NMPEA) is a neurotransmitter present in humans derived from phenethylamine (PEA) that is generated in the brain when a person falls in love. The plant Acacia species (eg A. rigidula) also contains high concentrations of NMPEA (~ 2300–5300ppm) and is a naturally occurring alkaloid.

Pharmacology

Ingestion of N-methylphenethylamine releases norepinephrine and dopamine in the brain. This pharmacological effect and chemical structural formula are similar to those of methamphetamine, but it is characterized by an extremely short half-life. The short half-life is due to its rapid metabolism by MAO-A, MAO-B, aldehyde dehydrogenase and dopamine beta oxidase.

High dopamine levels in men stimulate the pituitary gland to secrete progesterone, which raises testosterone levels.
High dopamine levels also increase growth hormone production in men and women.

Studies report that taking phenethylamine when brain concentration is low increases brain levels by 1000 times, and if you take MAO inhibitors (MAOIs) that prevent the metabolism of phenethylamine, the brain levels increase by 3 times. It has been.

When N-methylphenethylamine is taken orally, it is rapidly metabolized by monoamine oxidase (MAO-B) before it reaches the brain. Therefore, injection, nasal drop, or inhalation as steam is the barrier in the brain. It seems to be the most effective way to take it.

NMPEA also acts as a hypotensive drug that is 1/350 as effective as adrenaline.
NMPEA is rapidly metabolized by MAO-B in the body, but if a long-term effect is desired, it is possible to prolong the half-life by using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) pheneridine in combination.
