Prostaglandin E1 20mcg/mL1. Papaverine: Relaxes vascular smooth muscle and increases blood flow to the penis.

3. Prostaglandin E1 (Alprostadil): Dilates blood vessels, increasing blood flow to the corpus cavernosum of the penis and promoting erection.

Maximum Dose:
The maximum dose varies from person to person and will be adjusted under the guidance of a doctor, but a dose of 0.5 mL to 1 mL is generally recommended. In most cases, 0.2 mL to 0.4 mL is sufficient for effective results; doses above 1 mL should be carefully managed as they may increase the risk of priapism.
Important Notes:
