エピタロン：人生を変えるアンチエイジングペプチド

エピタロンとは？
まず、エピタロンはテトラペプチドです。 そのうち、4つのアミノ酸から構成され、オリゴペプチドに分類されます。 動物実験とヒト実験の両方において、緊張やストレスの緩和に効果があることが複数の研究で示されています。老化作用を持つペプチドであるということです。サンクトペテルブルク生体調節・老年学研究所で開発されました。同研究所によって特定された当時、エピタロンはウシ松果体の活性成分であると考えられていました。
エピタロンはテロメラーゼ活性化剤として作用します。テロメラーゼとは、ご存知ない方も多いかもしれませんが、リボ核タンパク質です。このタンパク質は、種に依存する正しい配列がDNAに現れることを保証します。テロメアは老化とどのような関係があるのでしょうか？ほぼ全てに関係があります。DNA鎖の末端にキャップのようなものだと考えてください。染色体を保護するメカニズムとして存在します。テロメアがなければ、DNAは崩壊し始め、以前と同じように機能しなくなります。
エピタロン – メリット
エピタロンはテロメラーゼ産生に作用するため、そのメリットは独特かつ広範囲にわたります。エピタロンのメリットには以下が含まれます。

エピタロン – 寿命の延長
人間の個性はDNA鎖によって決定されます。各DNA鎖の先端にはテロメアがあり、細胞分裂のたびに失われる重要な遺伝情報を防いでいます。細胞分裂のたびにテロメアは短くなります。細胞分裂の頻度が高くなるほどテロメアは短くなり、最終的に短くなりすぎると、さらなる細胞分裂、成長、そして若返りが阻害されます。多くの研究により、テロメアの短縮は加齢に伴う疾患と関連しており、早期死亡の優れた予測因子であることが示されています。
しかし、私たちの体内にはテロメラーゼ（「テロメア」と混同しないでください）と呼ばれる酵素が自然に生成され、テロメアの短縮と劣化のプロセスを逆転させます。残念ながら、テロメラーゼの産生は加齢とともに著しく減少します。
So, when telomerase production is reactivated, cells can exceed their time limit and continue to divide in a healthy manner, allowing us to live longer. This is exactly what epitalon does. It reactivates the production of telomerase which in turn strengthens and elongates the telomeres in our cell’s DNA strands. This decreases cell death and degeneration, extending the lifespan of our cells and preventing a plethora of age-related diseases.
Early research into epitalon found that people who took epitalon had about a 25% longer life than their non-epitalon counterparts. These early studies triggered further studies which corroborated the initial findings. One of these studies reported that epitalon increased the lifespan of elderly and senile individuals by an incredible 50%.
Epitalon – Allowing a longer, healthier life
Through its stimulating action on telomerase production and the pineal gland, epitalon plays an important role in inhibiting cancerous tumor growth, increasing the effectiveness of deep sleep, preventing a wide variety of age-related diseases through its elimination of free radicals, and, most importantly, increasing human lifespan. In addition to all of this, it also promotes improved skin health and gives joint and muscle pain relief, the latter being a very common symptom of aging.
Epithalon dosage and course (cycle) duration
Dosage depends on the purpose and severity of the damage which is treated. Epitalon can be used orally (less effective and large dose) or injected intramuscular or under the skin (more effective at much smaller dose).
1. Oral Epithalon use (least effective):
duration: between 10 – 20 days
dosage: between 400 – 600 mg of Epithalon per day
daily frequency:200 mg per serving, between 2 – 3 servings per day (depending on the dosage)
2. Epithalon as nasal spray or drops (medium effectiveness):
duration: between 10 – 20 days
dosage: between 15 – 30 mg of Epithalon per day
daily frequency:total daily dosage split into 3 servings throughout the day
3. Injectable Epithalon use (most effective):
duration: 10 – 20 days
dosage: between 5 – 10 mg per day (20 mg intravenous for terminal patients)
frequency of injection:1 injection per day for low dose, 2 injections for higher dose (divided between morning and late afternoon injection)
Each 10 – 20 days course of Epithalamin is followed by 4-6 months pause before repeating the course again. Epitalon treatment can be repeated indefintely.
Reconstituting (dissolving, mixing) the freeze dried Epitalon:
凍結乾燥エピタラミン（エピタロン）の希釈液としては、滅菌注射用水が最適です。また、殺菌水（0.9%塩化ナトリウム）、生理食塩水（0.9% NaCl）、またはベンジルアルコール0.9%（9mg/mL）を含む水で調製することも可能です。いずれの方法でも効果は同じですが、添加物の量は最小限に抑えたいため、滅菌注射用水を使用することをお勧めします。
凍結乾燥（フリーズドライ）されたエピタロンは通常、10mgバイアルに入っています。バイアルに1～2mlの水を静かに注入します。冷蔵庫で10～15分間放置します。15分後も溶解していない粒子が残っている場合は、粉末がすべて溶解して透明な液体になるまで、バイアルを指で優しく回してください。
エピタロンの注入
エピサロンは、注射部位に関わらず全身に効果があります。皮下注射（皮膚の下）または筋肉内注射（筋肉内）が可能です。通常は、肩、太もも、臀部、または腹部の脂肪部分の皮下に注射されます。
エピタロンの適切な保管方法:
可能であれば、凍結乾燥粉末と混合溶液の両方を必ず冷蔵庫に保管してください（凍結しないでください）。
混合前（凍結乾燥/フリーズドライされたエピタロン粉末）：
2〜8℃（36〜46°F）で冷蔵保存したら24か月間使用可能、
室温（37℃または98.6°Fまで）で保存したら90日以上使用可能
調製後（液状エピタロン）：
液状エピタラミンは常に2～8℃（36～46°F）で冷蔵保存してください。冷凍しないでください
。
