CENFORCE D HOW TO WORK
Sildenafil suppresses the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5). PDE-5 usually breaks down chemical messenger called cyclic GMP, which normally widens the blood vessels in the penis by relaxing muscles in the blood vessel walls. This delivers more blood to the penis, inducing a rigid erection. When the PDE-5 is inhibited, blood vessels are kept dilated longer, which improves blood flow to the penis and helps maintain an erection. Dapoxetine increases the activity of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that is involved in passing messages between nerve cells, including those that result in ejaculation. Enhanced activity of serotonin aids in increasing the time it takes to ejaculate and improves control over the ejaculation. Initially, Dapoxetine was created as an antidepressant.
WHAT IS CENFORCE D
Cenforce D 160 mg is a combination drug containing 100mg of Sildenafil citrate and 60mg of Dapoxetine hydrochloride, used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in men 18 to 64 years of age. It helps men get and maintain erection and improve ejaculation time.
Sildenafil citrate belongs to the drug class called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works in helping men get and maintain an erection by increasing blood flow to the penis following sexual stimulation.
Dapoxetine on the other hand, is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI), an antidepressant that increases serotonin and norepinephrine levels. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that is responsible in sending nerve messages that results in many body functions including ejaculation. Dapoxetine is a drug used in premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is a disorder where a man ejaculates before, during or shortly after penetration with minimal sexual stimulation even before a man even desires to do so. This drug improves control over ejaculation and increase time to ejaculation by increasing serotonin activity in the nervous system, delaying ejaculation reflex.
CENFORCE D HOW TO TAKE

MECHANISM ACTION OF CENFORCE D
Physiology of penis erection defends upon the concentration of cGMP in presence of sexual stimulation. Cenforce being a cGMP specific PDE5 inhibitor promotes the activity of local nitric oxide by specifically inhibiting PDE5 enzyme (responsible for biodegradation of cGMP) in corpus cavernosum. Cenforce D 160 mg must not be used by patients taking the following medications:

Cenforce D 160 mg can interact with the following medications and cause undesirable effects:
Drugs that affect platelet function
Alpha blockers and other hypotensive drugs
Some antibiotics
Other drugs for erectile dysfunction
Antifungal drugs
Cenforce D 160 mg must not be used concomitantly with other drugs used to treat erectile dysfunction or drugs for prostate disorders.
CENFORCE D PRECAUTION
Cenforce-D pills are best taken with food.
Avoid consuming products containing grapefruit, as it may interfere with the medication’s effectiveness.
Cenforce-D does not protect you or your partner from sexually transmitted diseases (including HIV) or from pregnancy.
Take Cenforce-D tablet not more than once every 24 hours.
It should only be taken when sexual activity is anticipated and is not intended as a regular treatment that is taken each day.
